In the process of registering to play hockey with the Lakers Youth Hockey Program, you will be asked to provide certain Personal and Financial Information, such as name, address, phone number, and credit card information. This information is essential to the registration process.

The Personal Information will be delivered by email to the member of the Lakers Executive Board responsible for Player Registration. This is the same information you would be providing on paper if you had chosen to register in person in the traditional manner. None of your personal information will be retained on this Internet web server or any other server accessible via the internet, except that the Lakers Board may decide from time to time to publish team rosters or Board Members names and phone numbers for the convenience of our members.

Your financial information (credit card information) will be used by the Lakers only to the extent necessary to process your credit card transaction, and will not be retained by the Lakers once the transaction has been confirmed. If you use the PayPal Internet Payment service to pay your assessment or registration fee, your financial information will not be seen at all by the Lakers. Your Personal Information may be provided to appropriate officials of MassHockey, leagues the Laker teams participate in, and Tournament Directors of tournaments Laker teams have applied to enter. This information will be provided only as necessary to the administration and conduct of youth hockey programs. It will not be provided to other parties for marketing or other purposes unrelated to providing a successful hockey season to our members, unless the Lakers Board should vote on and approve an explicit exception for each specific instance.
